Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Cascade: Daily Block Duel.
License
Cascade is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement and these terms.
Gameplay and ads
Cascade is free to play. Optional rewarded ads may grant continues, replays, or similar in-game benefits. If an ad is unavailable, the app may provide a free fallback.
No purchases in v1
The current version does not sell subscriptions or in-app purchases. If purchases are added later, Apple will process them and the terms will be updated before release.
Fair use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to tamper with scoring, reverse-engineer the app beyond what law allows, or use Cascade to harass others.
No warranty
Cascade is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the publisher disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
